Top 3 Super Bowl Commercials of 2008
There are many reasons people watch the watch the Super Bowl. One popular reason these days is just to watch the commercials. I’ve noticed an increase in the amount of people who could careless about the actual football game going on and are just tuned in to see the latest beer or car ad. So for all those people interested in the commercials I will give you my top 3 of 2008. I would have liked to have done a top 10 but I really didn’t like that many commercials this year. Although I thought the game was really exciting.
- 1 Bridgestone Tires: Alice Cooper & Richard Simmons
When this ad came on and I saw the car going towards a deer I thought it was going to be a boring commercial. Just another car ad showing off how great there traction control is. Then you see the car heading towards Alice Cooper and it got a little more exciting. Once I saw Richard Simmons I busted out laughing. For some reason I was really hoping the car was going to his Richard Simmons.
- 2 T-Mobile: Barkley Adds Dwayne Wade to MyFaves
Barkley and Wade have been doing these T-Mobile commercials for a while and finally for the superbowl ad Dwayne finally gets put into Charle’s fave 5. Barkley proceeds to call Wade at all hours in this humorous commercial.
- 3 Tide-to-Go Superbowl Commercial, My Talking Stain Ad
This Super Bowl commercial shows a man job interviewing with a stain beside his tie on his white shirt. Every time he speaks, the stain talks loudly over him, so the interviewer is distracted. Commercial ends featuring the Tide-to-Go pen, to remove stains before they out talk you.
