When you are living in the desert you have sunny days all the time. During the summer there is no reason to even check the weather report unless you want to see if we are hitting a new record temperature. The greatest thing about the summer months though is Arizona gets some great monsoons. It does not last very long but when it happens it brings a smile to my face. Massive lightning that lights up the sky. Thunder shaking my apartment and rain coming down hard.

Having a good experience at the DMV is not a normal thing. My first 2 experiences at a DMV came in Connecticut which did not go so well. Long lines and unhelpful employees plague many DMV’s across the country. Thankfully this was not the case at the Tempe DMV where I got my license quickly.
