I’ve also thought about giving up cable which is a difficult decision for me because I love CNN. I know CNN has live streaming video, but I’m hooked on their talent on the TV as opposed to their internet talent. I know, dumb reason. I work from home… I should try turning off my TV and spend the day watching their online live content. Hmm…

The Nexus One would have been the perfect phone for me except it is missing a physical keyboard. I’m not ready to make the jump to only on-screen keyboards. I’ve tried for a few days to just use the touchscreen keyboard on my G1. Not a fan. Just so much easier to type with a full qwerty keyboard.

That’s sad to hear, seemed like it would have been a good phone. The Nexus One might be something to look into getting to replace your G1. I have heard many good things so far about it.

I look forward to seeing how the G phone turns out. I’ve been looking to get an android based phone. So far I am thinking about getting the Droid, seems powerful. Maybe I’ll wait a bit and see what kind of specs this phone will have.
